My husband and I grew up in Central Florida and after more than 15 years living away moved back as a family to St. Augustine in 2021. With two young children, we totally fell in love with the local atmosphere and casual nature of Vilano Beach. Our years away provided incredible opportunities to travel the world, work and live abroad. That experience learning different cultures, including their history, food, art, and architecture has greatly influenced how we think about creating experiences, moments that matter during the time family and friends share together. My stays with Airbnb have always been marked by a "home away from home" experience that is truly memorable, and we will always seek to create the same for you. Kelli is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had!! She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The house fit 6 adults and 3 kids with room to spare. Everyone enjoyed the back yard/pool!! We walked to bay each night to watch the sunset. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect house for our family get away. We cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Spent a lot of time by the pool hanging out with family. Game room was awesome! Plenty of room for everyone!

Property is beautiful and has everything you need and more. The beds were comfy and lovely decor. We enjoyed our time by the pool and watching movies or playing ping pong. Kelli was a very responsive host.

What a fabulous house! We went for a family birthday weekend and it was perfect. The pool and game room were the favorites. Kelli has put so much thought into decorating and supplying everything you need. The location is fantastic, close to everything but private and quiet. Kelli is an amazing host, answering extremely quickly, and being so thoughtful. She even had a card, a birthday balloon and cookies for my birthday celebration. The best Airbnb experience we have ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelli’s beautiful home over Thanksgiving break! The space was very clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. It was perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The game room was a huge hit with our kids. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the nearby alligator farm—such a unique experience! Kelli was a fantastic host, always responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

10 stars⭐️! The property is exactly as shown in the pics and even better!Waters Edge is th perfect house for a family gathering. A delightful heated pool that is just right for the children, bit chilly for adults:-) Well equipped kitchen. Amazing garage playroom that was fun for children and adults. So much fun with air hockey, ping pong, fusball, and basketball. The children loved thr playhouse and kitchen play area. Great place to bond generations🥰Several cozy outdoor spaces to be alone or join in small group conversations. Convenient location to old town, just a quick hop over the bridge. Host, Kelli, is very responsive to all inquiries. Completely perfect vacay with the family! Beautiful memories were made❤️ Book this and you will not regret it!
